Kenli
Kenli ( Chinese 垦利 区 , Pinyin Kěnlì Qū ) is a municipality in the east Chinese province of Shandong . It belongs to the administrative area of the prefecture-level city of Dongying . It has an area of 2,204 km² and has a population of around 210,000.
The Kenli district emerged in 2016 from the previously existing district of the same name .
