Kham Hiao

Kham Hiao (full name Samdat Brhat-Anya Kham Hiao ; † 1353 ) was from 1343 to 1353 king of the kingdom of Rajadharani Sri Sudhana , today's Luang Prabang .

Kham Hiao was the younger son of King Suvanna Kamphong and was raised in the palace. After his older brother Khun Phi Fa died, Kham Hiao was put on the throne in 1343. He killed his wife and then himself for not wanting to fight his nephew.

Kham Hiao had two daughters:

  • Princess ( Chaofa Nying ) Kael Mahari, who gave birth to Prince Ulong ( Chaofa Luak )
  • Princess ( Chaofa Nying ) Keava Nawi Anungahaya (Keo Noi Nong Hiao), was in 1377 with King Samsaenthai married
