Kimberly Quinn (journalist)

Kimberly Quinn (* 1961 as Kimberly Salomon , also known as Kimberly Fortier ) is an American journalist . From 1996 to 2004 she was editor of the English magazine The Spectator . In connection with the news of her three-year extramarital affair with British Homeland Security Secretary David Blunkett , doubts about the issuance of a visa for Quinn's nanny led the minister to resign.

life and career

Quinn the only daughter of the entrepreneur Marvin Salomon with the actress Lugene Sanders. Quinn studied Political Science at Vassar College in Poughkeepsie , New York before graduating from Oxford University .

Over the course of her career, she has worked on, among others, Vogue , The Times , Erotic Review and other successful US magazines.
