The children's aftercare clinic Berlin-Brandenburg gGmbH in Bernau near Berlin is a non-profit, family-oriented rehabilitation clinic for children with heart and cancer and their families. It opened on March 13, 2009.

The children's aftercare clinic implements the concept of family-oriented rehabilitation (FOR) based on the model of the Tannheim aftercare clinic . The children's aftercare clinic consists of six buildings with residential units and therapy rooms. In addition to medical care, occupational therapy , physiotherapy and psychotherapy , the clinic offers a day-care center , a school, a swimming and sports hall and a youth club .

The clinic has capacity for 28 patients and 72 family members.

The clinic is located in the Waldsiedlung , a district of the city of Bernau near Berlin. They are former residential buildings of members of the GDR government .
