The amended Law on Family Matters , short Children's Law Reform Act , managed to July 1 the difference between legitimate and 1998 illegitimate from children. This resulted in numerous changes in the area of parentage law (for example uniform paternity contestation ) and parental custody . Visiting and access rights for persons not having custody have been extended.
There are three laws behind the term child law reform. In addition to the Child Law Reform Act, these are the Assistance Act and the Inheritance Law Equal Opportunities Act .
