King Missile

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

King Missile is an alternative rock band from the USA. King Missile has existed in various guises around singer and lyricist John S. Hall since 1986 and was at times the economic anchor of the Shimmy Disc label .

Musically, the band mostly moves in the areas of rock, hard rock and experimental rock. The lyrics by John S. Hall are funny or ironic reflections, dark stories with latent horror and drug visions or stories about sexual obsessions that Hall either sings or speaks to the music.

Her best-known pieces include the alternative radio hit Detachable Penis (about the advantages and disadvantages of a detachable penis) and Martin Scorsese (a homage to the director full of absurd fantasies of violence).
