Kinloch was a whiskey distillery in Campbeltown , Argyll and Bute , Scotland . It belonged to the Campbeltown whiskey region .

The company was founded in 1823 by Lamb, Colville & Co. , probably initially as a malt house . From 1825 at the latest, the building served as a whiskey distillery , which was operated by the same company until 1919 when it was bought by West Highland Malt Distilleries Ltd. was bought up. The last owner is Duncan MacCallum , who bought it in 1924 and closed it in 1926. After he did not manage to sell the company, he donated the site to the city, which had residential buildings called Park Square built on it. In 1930 Duncan MacCallum committed suicide.

When Alfred Barnard visited the distillery on his whiskey tour in 1885, it had an annual production capacity of 97,000  gallons . A coarse still ( wash still ) with a capacity of 2900 gallons and two fine stills ( spirit stills ) with capacities of 1,800 and 1,700 gallons respectively were available. Only malt whiskey was produced.
