Kito (also: Keetoo ) is an island in the southwest of Ha'apai in the Pacific . Politically, it belongs to the Kingdom of Tonga .

The Motu is located in the southwest of the archipelago, relatively far south and away from the center of Ha'apai, between Trerise Patch Reef , Russell Reef and Tungua .
The Kito Island Lighthouse (3198.5, K4638.5) stands on Kito .
climate
The climate is tropical hot, but is tempered by constantly blowing winds. Like the other islands of the Ha'apai group, Kenutu is occasionally hit by cyclones .
