Kittipong Boonmawan (born May 16, 1996 ) is a Thai hammer thrower .

Career

Kittipong Boonmawan gained his first international experience in 2013 when he took fourth place at the Southeast Asian Games in Naypyidaw with a width of 54.79 m. Two years later he was fifth at the Southeast Asian Games in Singapore with 58.30 m and in 2017 he won the silver medal behind Malaysian Jackie Wong Siew Cheer at the Southeast Asian Games in Kuala Lumpur with a new national record of 65.49 m . In 2018 he took part in the Asian Games in Jakarta for the first time and reached tenth place with 63.38 m. The following year he was eliminated from qualifying at the Asian Championships in Doha with 62.74 m and won the Southeast Asian Games in Capas in December by equalizing his own national record from 2018 of 67.56 m .
