Kiyoshi Hatanaka

Kiyoshi Hatanaka ( Jap. 畑中清詞 , Hatanaka Kiyoshi * 7. March 1967 in County Nishikasugai ) is a former Japanese boxer in the super bantamweight .

Career

Hatanaka made his professional debut on November 27, 1984. On February 3, 1991, he became world champion of the WBC association when he defeated Pedro Rubén Décima with a technical knockout in round 8. However, he lost the title in his first title defense in June of the same year against Pedro Rubén Décima by split point decision. After this defeat he ended his career.
