Klaus Löffelbein (* 1972 in Nuremberg ) is a German lawyer . He has been a judge at the Federal Administrative Court since May 9, 2017 .

Life

Löffelbein began in July 2001 after completing his legal training and his promotion to the doctorate in law at the University of Cologne (May 2000) his work as a judge at the Bavarian administrative court in Ansbach. From September 2002 he was seconded to the Federal Ministry of Justice , then to the Bavarian State Chancellery . Since December 2005 he worked for two years as a research assistant at the Federal Constitutional Court , then at the Fürth district office and from July 2009 again at the Bavarian Administrative Court in Ansbach. In May 2012 he was appointed judge at the Bavarian Administrative Court and was then transferred there. The Bureau of the Federal Administrative Court dismissed Löffelbein the seventh revision of the Senate of the German Federal Administrative Court to.
