7. Revision Senate of the Federal Administrative Court

The 7th Revision Senate is a panel of the Federal Administrative Court . He is one of ten revision panels that were formed at the Federal Administrative Court.

Jurisdiction

The Senate is responsible for matters from the areas in the 2018 financial year

  1. of environmental law to the extent it is not the fourth or ninth revision Senate is assigned, in particular the chemicals legislation and emission protection law ,
  2. of genetic engineering law ,
  3. of waste law and soil protection law ,
  4. of nuclear law ,
  5. of water and dyke law ,
  6. of mountain law ,
  7. the law of wastewater taxes under the wastewater tax law ,
  8. of the law of water and soil associations,
  9. the right to build waterways ,
  10. the right to freedom of information and the right to further use information from public bodies , unless assigned to the 6th Revision Senate (see No. 12 there),
  11. the right to information, inspection and information under press, radio, archive and media law, unless assigned to the 6th Audit Senate (see No. 12 there).
