Holger Boehmann

Holger Böhmann (* 1966 in Frankfurt am Main ) is a German lawyer . He has been a judge at the Federal Administrative Court since June 8, 2016 .

Life

Holger Böhmann was born in Frankfurt am Main in 1966. In February 1996, after completing his legal training, Böhmann began his work as a judge at the Greifswald Administrative Court . In January 2000 he was appointed judge at the administrative court. He was seconded to the Greifswald Higher Administrative Court in July 2004 and then appointed and transferred to the High Administrative Court in December 2006. Since June 2009, he has been seconded to the Federal Ministry of Justice for two years . From December 2013 he was seconded to the Ministry of Justice of the State of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania . The Bureau of the Federal Administrative Court has Böhmann the seventh revision of the Senate of the German Federal Administrative Court assigned.

March 2016 Böhmann was the judicial selection committee chosen with 23 other new federal judges to judge at the Federal Administrative Court.
