Disciplinary Senate of the Federal Administrative Court
The Disciplinary Senate was until the end of 2015 a Chamber of the Federal Administrative Court . The 2nd Revision Senate has assumed its responsibility since 2016.
Jurisdiction
The Senate was most recently responsible for civil servant disciplinary matters according to the federal disciplinary code in the 2015 financial year .
