Andreas Hartung

Andreas Hartung (born August 14, 1959 in Hamburg ) is a German lawyer . He is a judge at the Federal Administrative Court .

Live and act

After completing his legal training, Hartung joined the higher judicial service of the state of Baden-Württemberg in October 1990 and was employed there at the administrative court in Karlsruhe . After the end of his trial reporting period, Hartung was appointed judge at the administrative court in October 1993. From April 1993 to April 2000 he was seconded to the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Justice . In 1996 he was with the administrative work , the private-plan approval from the University of Freiburg Dr. iur. PhD. After another six months at the Karlsruhe Administrative Court , Hartung was seconded to the Baden-Württemberg Administrative Court from October 2000 to June 2001 . In February 2003 Hartung was appointed judge at the Administrative Court and finally transferred to the Administrative Court of Baden-Württemberg in Mannheim. In May 2009 Hartung was elected judge at the Federal Administrative Court. He took up this position in December 2009 and was assigned to the 2nd Audit Senate , which is primarily responsible for public service law .
