2. Revision Senate of the Federal Administrative Court
The 2nd Revision Senate is a panel of the Federal Administrative Court . He is one of ten revision panels that were formed at the Federal Administrative Court.
Jurisdiction
In the 2018 financial year, the Senate is responsible for matters relating to public service law, including civil servant disciplinary law and the law on the service of soldiers, as well as the law of conscripts and civilian service members , unless assigned to the 5th Audit Senate , the 6th Audit Senate or the Disciplinary Senate are.
