The 9th Revision Senate is a panel of the Federal Administrative Court . He is one of ten revision panels that were formed at the Federal Administrative Court.

At the end of 2001 the original 9th ​​Revision Senate was dissolved. At that time, he was responsible for matters relating to asylum law and asylum procedure law, including decisions on deportation law and decisions under the so-called Quota Refugee Act by the Federal Office for the Recognition of Foreign Refugees. Its serial number was taken over by the 11th Revision Senate, which has been operating as the 9th Revision Senate since then.
