Rosanna Sieveking

Rosanna Sieveking (* 1965 in Hamburg ) is a German lawyer and judge at the Federal Administrative Court .

Live and act

After completing her legal training, Sieveking joined the judicial service of the State of Berlin in 1995 . From January 1995 she was employed there at the Administrative Court in Berlin . From December 1999 to March 2002 she was seconded to the Federal Constitutional Court as a research assistant. In 2009 she moved to the Berlin-Brandenburg Higher Administrative Court and was appointed judge at the Higher Administrative Court in the same year. In July 2018 Sieveking was elected judge at the Federal Administrative Court. She took up her new position on November 1, 2018 and was assigned to the 9th Revision Senate , which was primarily responsible for road and right of way, in particular for the first instance lawsuits assigned to the Federal Administrative Court against planning approval decisions for the construction of federal highways, for municipal tax law and land consolidation law .
