1. Revision Senate of the Federal Administrative Court

The 1st Revision Senate is a panel of the Federal Administrative Court . He is one of ten revision panels that were formed at the Federal Administrative Court.

Jurisdiction

The Senate is responsible for matters from the areas in the 2018 financial year

  1. of immigration law ,
  2. the right of asylum ,
  3. the law of displaced persons including the law of displaced persons, Soviet zone refugees and political prisoners, unless assigned to the 3rd Revision Senate,
  4. of citizenship law ,
  5. of association law .
