1. Revision Senate of the Federal Administrative Court
The 1st Revision Senate is a panel of the Federal Administrative Court . He is one of ten revision panels that were formed at the Federal Administrative Court.
Jurisdiction
The Senate is responsible for matters from the areas in the 2018 financial year
- of immigration law ,
- the right of asylum ,
- the law of displaced persons including the law of displaced persons, Soviet zone refugees and political prisoners, unless assigned to the 3rd Revision Senate,
- of citizenship law ,
- of association law .
