Large Senate of the Federal Administrative Court
The Grand Senate is a panel of the Federal Administrative Court .
Jurisdiction
The competence of the Grand Senate results from § 11 VwGO . It decides if a senate of the court wishes to deviate from the decision of another senate of the BVerwG or the Grand Senate on a legal issue .
occupation
The Grand Senate consists of the President of the Federal Administrative Court and one judge from each of the revision senates, in which the President does not preside. As chairman, the president is an ex officio member. His representative is the longest serving member of the Grand Senate. According to Section 11 (6) sentence 1 VwGO, the following are appointed as members:
- 1st R: Anne-Kathrin Fricke as member and Martin Fleuß as representative
- 2. R: Ulf Domgörgen as member and Klaus-Dieter von der Weiden as representative
- 3rd R: Stefan Liebler as member and Peter Wysk as representative
- 4th R: Rüdiger Rubel as member and Helmut Petz as representative
- 5th R: Heidi Stengelhofen-Weiß as member and Rainer Störmer as representative
- 6. R: Ingo Kraft as member and Thomas Heitz as representative
- 7. R: Andreas Korbmacher as member and Martin Brandt as representative
- 8. R: Ulla Held-Daab as member and Petra Hoock as representative
- 9. R: Wolfgang Bier as a member and Ulrike Bick as a representative
- 10. R: Klaus Rennert as President and Kerstin Schipper as representative
According to § 11 Paragraph 6 Clause 2 VwGO, the following are appointed as members:
- 1. WD: Anne-Kathrin Fricke as a member and Martina Eppelt as a representative
- 2. WD: Richard Häußler as a member and Günter Burmeister as a representative
