Martin Brandt (lawyer)

Martin Brandt (* 1958 in Oberkirch ) is a German lawyer . Since 2010 he has been a judge at the Federal Administrative Court .

Life

Brandt began his judicial activity at the Freiburg Administrative Court in November 1988. From January 1991 to September 1994 he was seconded to the Federal Constitutional Court in Karlsruhe as a research assistant. In January 2001 he was appointed judge at the Baden-Württemberg Administrative Court and from November 2003 to December 2004 he was seconded to the Baden-Württemberg State Ministry. The Presidium of the Federal Administrative Court assigned Brandt to the 7th Revision Senate of the German Federal Administrative Court .
