Peter Wysk

Peter Wysk (born October 18, 1955 ) is a German lawyer who has been a judge at the Federal Administrative Court (BVerwG) since the beginning of October 2009 .

Life

After studying and doing legal clerkship, Peter Wysk worked as a research assistant at Hermann Dilcher at the Law Faculty of the Ruhr University Bochum from June 1987 . At the end of 1987 he began his judicial activity at the Administrative Court of Gelsenkirchen , initially as a probationary judge until he was appointed judge at the Administrative Court in 1990 . In 1992 he received his doctorate . At the beginning of 1995 he was seconded to the Higher Administrative Court for the State of North Rhine-Westphalia and at the end of the year he was transferred there and appointed judge at the Higher Administrative Court. At the Higher Administrative Court in Münster he dealt with aviation law and other areas of planning law.

On October 6, 2009, he took up his duties as a federal judge at the Federal Administrative Court, Germany's highest court of administrative justice to. Wysk is a member of the third appeal panel of the court. The Senate is responsible for administrative health law , food law , traffic law including aviation law, agriculture and forestry law, hunting and fishing law, and level crossing and planning law.

In addition to his judicial work, Peter Wysk worked as a lecturer , from 1996 at the Ruhr University Bochum , since 2005 at the Humboldt University in Berlin for administrative and administrative procedural law . He has a book on the development of civilian airports beginning in 2019 habilitated and the honorary professor has been appointed the Humboldt University. He is a member of the College of the European Academy for Research into the Consequences of Scientific and Technical Developments (Project: Living with Noise? ).
