5. Revision Senate of the Federal Administrative Court

The 5th Revision Senate is a panel of the Federal Administrative Court . He is one of ten revision panels that were formed at the Federal Administrative Court.

Jurisdiction

The Senate is responsible for matters from the areas in the 2018 financial year

  1. welfare law including asylum seeker benefits law and TB help for the public service,
  2. of war victims ,
  3. the law of severely disabled persons, including claims for compensation under the General Equal Treatment Act and the Soldiers Equal Treatment Act in the event of discrimination on the basis of a disability,
  4. of maternity protection law ,
  5. of youth services and youth protection law , except for the youth protection law ( 6th Revision Senate no. 6),
  6. the training , graduate and vocational training promotion,
  7. the right to promote housing construction , other housing law including housing benefit law and rental price law,
  8. the law on returnees and prisoners of war compensation ,
  9. of the law on needs-based basic security in old age and in the event of reduced earning capacity,
  10. the right to compensation according to Art. 8 of the law on legal protection in the event of lengthy court proceedings and criminal investigations
  11. of the law of the public service and the service law of the soldiers as well as the law of the conscript and the civil service with regard to:
a. the allowances ,
b. travel, relocation and separation allowance law and
c. the allowance as well as the cash benefits, medical care and medical care,
12. the law of staff representation and the law of representation of judges and
13. of the Federal Equal Opportunities Act .
