Expert panel according to § 189 VwGO of the Federal Administrative Court
The specialist senate according to § 189 VwGO is a panel of the German Federal Administrative Court . It decides if an authority refuses in individual cases to submit certain files to the court .
Jurisdiction
The specialist senate is responsible for decisions in accordance with Section 99 (2) VwGO (so-called in-camera procedure ).
occupation
The specialist senate is made up of the following five professional judges . In addition, three representatives are named:
- Presiding judge: Richard Häussler
- Judge (Deputy Chairman): Stefan Langer
- Judge: Günter Burmeister
- Judge: Martina Eppelt
- Judge: Angela Henke
- 1st representative: Anne-Kathrin Fricke
- 2. Representative: Markus Wissensner
- 3rd representative: Ulrike Bick
If a substitute is also required, all judges of the specialist senate are represented by all adjunct judges of the revision senate, starting with the youngest member of the service and continuously in the order of seniority. In the case of the same seniority, representation begins with the younger judge.
