3. Revision Senate of the Federal Administrative Court

The 3rd Revision Senate is a panel of the Federal Administrative Court . He is one of ten revision panels that were formed at the Federal Administrative Court.

Jurisdiction

The Senate is responsible for matters from the areas in the 2018 financial year

  1. the equalization of burdens including the damage assessment,
  2. occupation damage law,
  3. of currency equalization and old savers law,
  4. of the Refugee Assistance Act ,
  5. the reparations damage law ,
  6. of the General Law on Consequences of War ,
  7. the law of benefits in kind,
  8. health administration law including the law of the therapeutic and auxiliary professions and hospital financing law (including the setting of nursing care rates and the raising of funds) as well as epidemiological law,
  9. the law of agriculture and forestry including support measures as well as animal breeding and animal disease law ,
  10. of food law and the law of the food industry ,
  11. of hunting and fishing law,
  12. the right to rectify SED injustice,
  13. the law of the transport industry and traffic law , also the operation of waterways and disputes about special road uses from the area of road and right of way ,
  14. of railway and level crossing law , unless the 6th Revision Senate is responsible,
  15. administrative liability between the federal government and the states in accordance with Article 104a (5) of the Basic Law and the bearing of the burden in accordance with Article 104a (6) of the Basic Law, including the relevant implementing laws,
  16. of animal welfare and plant health , unless the center of gravity in matters is assigned to another Senate
  17. of dormitory law , unless it is assigned to the 4th Revision Senate.
