Alfred Dickersbach (born November 6, 1931 in Aachen ) is a German administrative lawyer and judge .

Life

After graduating from the Kaiser-Karls-Gymnasium , Dickersbach studied law at the University of Cologne and the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich . The state examination he passed in 1957. With a PhD at Karl Schneidewin he was in 1960 in Cologne Dr. iur. PhD . After the assessor examination , he was a civil and criminal judge in Aachen and Cologne from 1961 to 1964 . From 1964 to 1976 he was cabinet, state parliament and federal adviser in the justice ministry of North Rhine-Westphalia , most recently as a ministerial advisor .

In 1976 he was appointed as a federal judge at the Federal Administrative Court in Berlin . From 1986 he was presiding judge. He published a lot on public law . He has lived in Elmshorn since his retirement (1996) . He is admitted to the bar in Schleswig-Holstein and works in a son's office in Berlin.
