6. Revision Senate of the Federal Administrative Court

The 6th Revision Senate is a panel of the Federal Administrative Court . He is one of ten revision panels that were formed at the Federal Administrative Court.

Jurisdiction

The Senate is responsible for matters from the areas in the 2018 financial year

  1. the conscription law and the civil service law , as far as the attraction to and is dismissal from the service relationship, including the right of maintenance safety and job protection ,
  2. the right to conscientious objection ,
  3. of school , university and science law ,
  4. the right to examinations , apart from career examinations for civil servants, but including the first and second state legal examination ,
  5. the right to a name ,
  6. of youth media protection law ,
  7. of broadcasting law including the law of broadcasters , film law including film funding law, new media law and press law , unless the 7th Revision Senate is responsible (see No. 11 there),
  8. the postal law and telecommunications law ,
  9. of railway law , insofar as the Federal Network Agency is involved in the procedure or the Federal Republic of Germany involved is represented by the Federal Network Agency
  10. the right of assembly ,
  11. of police and regulatory law, with the exception of regulatory disputes related to the legal areas of other senates,
  12. the law of the constitutional protection authorities and intelligence services , including the information, information and inspection claims directed against these authorities or relating to their files, unless assigned to the 2nd or 5th Revision Senate,
  13. of gun law ,
  14. the right to vote - with the exception of the local electoral law ( 10th Revision Senate No. 1) - and the right of political parties ,
