6. Revision Senate of the Federal Administrative Court
The 6th Revision Senate is a panel of the Federal Administrative Court . He is one of ten revision panels that were formed at the Federal Administrative Court.
Jurisdiction
The Senate is responsible for matters from the areas in the 2018 financial year
- the conscription law and the civil service law , as far as the attraction to and is dismissal from the service relationship, including the right of maintenance safety and job protection ,
- the right to conscientious objection ,
- of school , university and science law ,
- the right to examinations , apart from career examinations for civil servants, but including the first and second state legal examination ,

- of broadcasting law including the law of broadcasters , film law including film funding law, new media law and press law , unless the 7th Revision Senate is responsible (see No. 11 there),
- the postal law and telecommunications law ,

- the right of assembly ,
- of police and regulatory law, with the exception of regulatory disputes related to the legal areas of other senates,
