2. Disciplinary Senate of the Federal Administrative Court
The 2nd Disciplinary Senate was a panel of the Federal Administrative Court . It was established in 1967 and closed in 2004.
Jurisdiction
The Senate was ultimately responsible for retrial matters insofar as the 1st Disciplinary Senate had made a decision - of whatever kind - in the earlier proceedings.
