8. Revision Senate of the Federal Administrative Court
The 8th Revision Senate is a panel of the Federal Administrative Court . He is one of ten revision panels that were formed at the Federal Administrative Court.
Jurisdiction
The Senate is responsible for matters from the areas in the 2019 financial year
- the right to regulate property issues (including matters of expropriation from the accession area that are linked to a loss of property prior to accession, and actions to determine entitlement to compensation), in particular according to the Property Act and the Registration Ordinance, also according to the Investment and Investment Priority Act and according to the real estate traffic regulations ,
- the right to compensation and compensation,
- the right to rectify SED injustice,
- the equalization of burdens including the damage assessment,
- the administrative law (including the casino law and the gaming and lottery law, closing the right and the working time law ) unless associated with another Senate
- the law of foreign trade,
- of currency and conversion law,
- of financial services law,
- of the Act to Improve Company Pensions ,
- of local law, including local electoral law , unless the focus is on matters that are assigned to another Senate,
- the Trust Act , the Municipal Assets Act and the Asset Allocation Act ,
- of public procurement law , unless another senate is responsible,
- of the right to support measures in favor of the commercial economy, if not assigned to the 3rd R-Senate, as well as other support measures, if no assignment to another Senate exists,
- of the law of the liberal professions,
- of chamber law, unless the focus is on matters assigned to another Senate,
- of the Passenger Transport Act with the exception of disputes about the construction, modification and maintenance of operating systems for trams (Sections 28 to 37 PBefG) and of construction and operating systems for trolleybus traffic (Section 41 (1) and (2) PBefG), the Goods Transport Act and of the Ground Handling Services Ordinance, with the exception of the BVerwG 10 C 2.19 and 10 C. 3.19 procedures that have already been terminated.
