Ulla Held-Daab

Ulla Held-Daab (* 1962 in Bad Marienberg / Westerwald ) is a German lawyer and has been a judge in the 8th Appeal Senate of the German Federal Administrative Court since July 1, 2009 .

Career

Hero Daab studied at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms University in Bonn Law and was thereafter a research assistant at the Department of Public Law at the University of Bonn. After passing the second state examination in 1994, she became a judge at the Administrative Court of Aachen . She did her doctorate in 1995 at the Berlin Humboldt University on free discretion in administrative law . In February 1999 Hero Daab was at the Administrative Court in Leipzig displaced and simultaneously at the end of 2000 the Constitutional Court of Saxony seconded . From January 2007 to June 2009 she was seconded to the Federal Administrative Court as a research assistant. On July 1, 2009, she was appointed judge at the Federal Administrative Court. She is a member of the 8th Audit Senate responsible for business administration law. The Presidium of the Federal Administrative Court has appointed Ulla Held-Daab as presiding judge with effect from August 7, 2018. As announced by the BVerwG, the doctorate in law was given the chairmanship of the eighth revision senate.
