4. Revision Senate of the Federal Administrative Court

The 4th Revision Senate is a panel of the German Federal Administrative Court . He is one of ten revision panels that were formed at the Federal Administrative Court.

Jurisdiction

The Senate is responsible for matters from the areas in the 2018 financial year

  1. of building and land law, including immission control permits for wind turbines , provided that the focus of the matter is on building and land law,
  2. of spatial planning law ,
  3. the right to procure land for defense purposes,
  4. of allotment garden law ,
  5. of the other law of the specialist planning , as far as it is not assigned to the 3rd , 7th or 9th revision senate,
  6. of regulatory law insofar as it is related to the above areas of law,
  7. the right to establish and operate airfields (§§ 6 ff. of the Aviation Act ),
  8. the nature conservation law and landscape protection law,
  9. of monument protection law ,
  10. the right to expand power lines .
