4. Revision Senate of the Federal Administrative Court
The 4th Revision Senate is a panel of the German Federal Administrative Court . He is one of ten revision panels that were formed at the Federal Administrative Court.
Jurisdiction
The Senate is responsible for matters from the areas in the 2018 financial year
- of building and land law, including immission control permits for wind turbines , provided that the focus of the matter is on building and land law,
- of spatial planning law ,
- the right to procure land for defense purposes,
- of allotment garden law ,
- of the other law of the specialist planning , as far as it is not assigned to the 3rd , 7th or 9th revision senate,
- of regulatory law insofar as it is related to the above areas of law,
- the right to establish and operate airfields (§§ 6 ff. of the Aviation Act ),
- the nature conservation law and landscape protection law,
- of monument protection law ,
- the right to expand power lines .
