The Aviation Act ( LuftVG ) is the central source of aviation law in Germany . It contains regulations on the following subject areas:

history

The first version dates from August 1, 1922. A major new version was not made until November 4, 1968, but the first changes were made three years later through the law on protection against aircraft noise . Further adjustments were made after the Montreal Convention of 1999, e.g. B. in 2010 regarding the limits of liability.
