Current travel law

The magazine ReiseRecht aktuell , abbreviation and citation: RRa , is a German legal journal .

It is the only magazine that deals exclusively with travel and tourism law and provides information on the latest decisions and developments in all areas of travel law: contract law , general travel conditions , compensation law , insurance law , insolvency law , competition law , prospectus liability , procedural law and influences from European and international law.

The trade journal is published six times a year at two-month intervals by Sellier / de Gruyter and is published on behalf of the German Society for Travel Law eV based in Wiesbaden by attorney Ronald Schmid , Professor Ansgar Staudinger and Professor Klaus Tonner . The first edition appeared in 1993.

Content, the first part, which accounts for about 1/3 of a booklet of essays on current legal developments or reviews reminisced judgments . In the second part, which makes up 2/3 of the edition, decisions of the courts of instance in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the European Court of Justice are published.

The editorial team (as of April 2011) consists of Ronald Schmid , Ansgar Staudinger , Klaus Tonner, Ernst Führich, Michael Wukoschitz, Vienna (Austria correspondent), Markus Krüger (travel law review), Dominik Schürmann and Annedore Witschen. The editorial office is located in Professor Staudinger's chair at Bielefeld University . There is also an editorial board.

The magazine is printed in A4 format and has a volume of approx. 45 pages per issue. The outer sides are printed in color, the inner sides are printed in black and white.

It can only be obtained through a subscription , which can be ordered on the homepage of the German Society for Travel Law eV .
