Klaus Tonner
Klaus Tonner (born August 22, 1947 in Hamburg ) is a German lawyer .
Life
Tonner received his doctorate in Hamburg in 1980 and completed his habilitation in Bremen in 1991 . After that he held professorial positions in Oldenburg, Hanover and Bremen.
From 1994 to 2012 he was professor of civil law and European law at the University of Rostock and from 2006 to 2012 he was a part-time judge at the Rostock Higher Regional Court .
