Hans Peter Glöckner

Hans Peter Glöckner (born November 7, 1954 in Fischbach (Taunus) ) is a German lawyer .

Life

He studied law and musicology in Frankfurt am Main . After receiving his doctorate ( Dr. iur. Utr. ) At the University of Frankfurt am Main in 1987, he has been a lawyer since 1990 . After completing his habilitation at the University of Rostock in 1999 ( venia legendi for the subjects Roman law, German and European history of private and criminal law, civil law), he has been an adjunct professor at the Faculty of Law in Rostock since 2006 . Since 2009 he has been a judge at the joint district party court MV of the CDU. From 2011 to 2016 he was a deputy member of the state constitutional court of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania (as the representative of the president). In 2014 he became a specialist lawyer for inheritance law.
