LuftVG - Aviation Act . The Aviation Act is the basic law for aviation legislation in Germany.
FlUUG - Aircraft Accident Investigation Act . Requirements for the investigation of accidents and incidents in the operation of civil aircraft.
LuftBO - Operating rules for aviation equipment . Regulations that keepers must comply with when operating aircraft (maintenance, equipment, operating materials, checklists.)

LuftGerPV - test regulations for aviation equipment . Aviation equipment is regularly examined for airworthiness in Germany according to the LuftGerPV .

LuftPersV - Ordinance on aviation personnel . The LuftPersV regulates the training and licensing of aviation personnel (pilots, flight attendants, etc.).

LuftSiG - Aviation Security Act . The Aviation Security Act regulates the safety of air traffic.

LuftVO - air traffic regulations . The LuftVO contains the rules according to which air traffic in Germany is handled (e.g. alternative rules, etc.).

LuftVZO - Air Traffic Licensing Regulations . Aircraft are registered in Germany according to the LuftVZO.

JAR-OPS 1 or 3 German - Announcement of the (official translation) of the Joint Aviation Requirements of the Joint Aviation Authorities for the commercial transport of people and things in airplanes (JAR-OPS 1) and helicopters (JAR-OPS-3).
