10. Revision Senate of the Federal Administrative Court
The 10th Revision Senate is a panel of the Federal Administrative Court . He is one of ten revision panels that were formed at the Federal Administrative Court.
Jurisdiction
The Senate is responsible for matters from the areas in the 2018 financial year
- of local law, including local electoral law , unless the focus is on matters that are assigned to another Senate,
- of the Trust Act, the Municipal Assets Act and the Asset Allocation
nungsgesetz,
- of public procurement law , unless another senate is responsible,
- the law of promotional measures in favor of the commercial economy , insofar as it is not assigned to the 3rd Revision Senate,
- of the law of the liberal professions .
