Carsten Hahn

Carsten Hahn (* 1965 in Frankfurt am Main ) is a German lawyer and has been a judge at the Federal Administrative Court (BVerwG) since the end of 2011 .

Career

Carsten Hahn began his professional career in June 1995 at the Ministry of Justice and Federal and European Affairs of the State of Brandenburg . This was followed by work as a commissioned judge at the Potsdam Administrative Court . In 1998 he was appointed judge at the administrative court and transferred to the administrative court in Potsdam . From there he was seconded to the constitutional court of the state of Brandenburg and to the higher administrative court for the state of Brandenburg and in 2003 he was appointed judge at the higher administrative court of Brandenburg. In December 2011 he became a judge at the Federal Administrative Court.
