Knut Möller

Knut Möller (* 1960 in Minden in Westphalia) is a German lawyer and judge at the German Federal Administrative Court .

Career

Knut Möller studied law at the Georg-August University in Göttingen . In 1989 he received his doctorate from the University of Göttingen. During his apprenticeship, he worked at the Institute for International Law at Georg-August University. He completed his legal training with the second state examination in 1992. He then worked at the Hanover Administrative Court and the Göttingen Administrative Court. During this time as a judge at the administrative court, he was also seconded to the administration of the city of Göttingen and to the Lower Saxony Higher Administrative Court in Lüneburg . In 1996 he became a part-time member of the State Justice Examination Office in the Lower Saxony Ministry of Justice and remained so until 2004. In 2002 he was appointed judge at the Higher Administrative Court in Lüneburg. on November 7, 2008 Möller began his service as a judge at the Federal Administrative Court. He is a member of the 6th Revision Senate.
