Wilhelm Dodenhoff

Wilhelm J. Dodenhoff (born January 10, 1920 in Sottrum ) is a German lawyer.

Career

Dodenhoff studied law at the University of Hamburg and Vanderbilt University in Nashville (Tennessee). In October 1952 he submitted his doctoral thesis to the law and political science faculty of the University of Hamburg. From 1967 to 1995 he was a member and deputy president of the State Court of the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen and presiding judge at the Federal Administrative Court . In 1973 he was appointed honorary professor at the Free University of Berlin . Until his 80th birthday he was still active as an expert.
