Heidi Stengelhofen-Weiss

Heidi Stengelhofen-Weiß (* 1966 in Trier ) is a German lawyer and judge at the Federal Administrative Court .

Career

From March 1996, Stengelhofen worked at the Rhineland-Palatinate Ministry of Justice. A job as a judge at the Administrative Court in Koblenz was followed by a secondment as a research assistant to the Federal Administrative Court from October 2000 to August 2003 . Then Stengelhofen was seconded to the Higher Administrative Court of Rhineland-Palatinate and the Administrative Court of Koblenz. In January 2004 she was appointed judge at the Higher Administrative Court of Rhineland-Palatinate.

Stengelhofen has been a judge at the Federal Administrative Court since June 2008, where she was assigned to the 5th Revision Senate, which is responsible for welfare law, nationality law, and compensation and compensation law .
