Gunther Dieterich

Gunther Dieterich (* 1959 in Stuttgart ) is a German lawyer and judge at the Federal Administrative Court .

Live and act

After completing his legal training in May 1988, Dieterich initially worked as a research assistant at the University of Marburg . There he became property and groundwater protection under public law in July 1990 : An investigation based on the property law of the Federal Constitutional Court on Dr. iur. PhD . In May 1990 he took up a position at the regional finance office in Berlin . From June 1991 to November 1992 he worked as a consultant in the Federal Ministry of Finance . In December 1993, Dieterich was appointed judge at the Hanover Administrative Court after a previous one-year secondment . In August 1994 he moved to the Kassel Administrative Court . From May 2002 he was a judge at the Hessian Administrative Court in Kassel .

In March 2016 Dieterich was elected judge at the Federal Administrative Court. He took up his position on June 8, 2016 and was assigned to the 9th Revision Senate of the Federal Administrative Court , which was primarily responsible for road and right of way, in particular first instance lawsuits against planning approval decisions for the construction of federal highways, for local tax law and land consolidation law .
