Klaus Moritz (lawyer)

Klaus Moritz (born March 6, 1944 in Königsberg (Prussia) ) is a German lawyer and university professor .

Life

After receiving his doctorate in 1974 at the University of Frankfurt am Main as Dr. iur. From 1977 to 2009 he taught as a professor for civil law, labor law and legal sociology at the University of Hamburg .
