The Klimahouse trade fair is organized with the support of the KlimaHaus agency and is the leading trade fair for energy-efficient renovation and construction in a national (Italian) comparison . The event is held year after year on the exhibition grounds in Bolzano . Around 40,000 visitors and over 450 exhibitors take part each year. The fair is accompanied by a broad program consisting of conferences, congresses, guided excursions to energy-efficient buildings in South Tyrol, workshops, seminars and exhibitions.

The Klimahouse family also includes the Klimahouse Toscana (in Florence), the Klimahouse Puglia (in Apulia) and the ComoCasaClima (in Erba, Como region), which are also organized by the Bolzano Exhibition Center.
