Monastery of the Franciscan Terziarinnen (Freising)
The monastery of the Franciscan Terziarinnen was a former monastery of the Terziarinnen of St. Francis in Freising in Bavaria in the Diocese of Freising . It was founded in 1484 by Sixtus von Tannberg , Bishop of Freising; it was dissolved in 1551. The buildings were inhabited by secular soul sisters until the early 19th century, after which they were used as private apartments. The buildings were demolished in 1877; today there is a new building on the site of the former monastery.
