Coaxial
In geometry, coaxial ( equiaxed ) is the designation for coincident rotation axes of three-dimensional elements. A coaxial cable , for example, consists of a center conductor and the surrounding (coaxial) shield. A helicopter with coaxial rotor uses two rotors that rotate around the same axis.
The two-dimensional correspondence is concentric .
