The Kobisenmühle is a restored old water mill of the Kobishof in Sankt Georgen in the Black Forest , first mentioned in 1450 , where the working methods of an old farm or farmer's mill can be experienced. The mill is one of the rare surviving structures with two grinding aisles. It offers besides the pure grinding of the flour also works to separate core and husk and for crushing .
