Kokkoh

Kokkoh is a rice- based pulpy milk substitute derived from macrobiotics . In addition to brown rice, adzuki beans , sesame , kombu , barley , oats and soy are used as other ingredients. A rice or barley syrup is usually used for sweetening. If Kokkoh is used as a substitute for breast milk in infants, there is a risk of excessive weight gain and iron and vitamin B12 deficiencies.
