Kolli laht is a bay in the rural municipality of Saaremaa in the Saare district on the largest Estonian island of Saaremaa . It forms the northern part of Saastna Laht Bay . It is located in the nature reserve Kahtla-Kübassaare hoiuala . In the bay are the islands of Kivinasu , Suur Viirelaid , Tõllaskivi nasu , Tõõdlaid , Väike Viirelaid and Virmalaid , and the Vihu jõgi river flows into the bay.
The bay is 1.7 kilometers wide and cuts 1.5 kilometers deep into the land.
