Competence network for libraries
The competence network for libraries (KNB) at the German Library Association Berlin (DBV) was founded in 2004 with the task of dealing with supraregional issues of the German library system in a decentralized manner. The KNB is funded by the Conference of Ministers of Education of all countries.
